Katherine Uy Sobremonte, CPA, CMA, MBA, REB

Kathie is an accredited public practitioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue and Board of Accountancy. She can speak Tagalog, English, Fookien Chinese and Mandarin Chinese fluently. She was awarded as Top Tax Practitioner of RDO 27 BIR Valenzuela in 2017.Prior to this, she joined the SGV & Company where she honed her auditing skills and Sobremonte & Uy Associates Consultancy Co. management consultancy and tax management.She took up Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in De La Salle University (DLSU) Manila graduating Honorable Mention and was awarded with the Punong Bayan Service Award for her invaluable service to her University. She Placed Fifth (5^th) in the May 2003 Certified Public Accountant Board Examination. She then took up her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) – Regis Executive Program in Ateneo Graduate School of Business in Rockwell, Makati City and graduated as Gold Medalist in August 2013. In 2016, she earned her title as Certified Management Accountant from Institute of Certified Management Accountant Australia.In 2011, she was chosen to lead one of the most prestigious chapters of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants Northern Metro Manila Chapter (PICPA NMMC), a Hall of Famer and was awarded one of the most outstanding chapter during her leadership. In November 2013, she was awarded the “Young Achiever CPA in Public Practice” by PICPA National Office.She taught Financial & Advanced Accounting in De La Salle University Manila and is also licensed Real Estate Broker.She was elected as the PICPA National Sectoral Director for Public Practice for FY 2020-2021 and currently the PICPA Metro Manila Region and Metro Manila Geographical Office Treasurer. She is the elected Internal Auditor of Philippine Association of Management Accountants (PAMA), an active officer of Association of Certified Public Accountants in Commerce & Industry (ACPACI) and an active member of Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice (ACPAPP).

Merilyn Sobremonte Torre, CPA, REB

Merilyn is an accredited public practitioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue and Board of Accountancy. She finished her studies at Philippines School of Business Administration – Manila in 1989. She graduated Cum Laude and passed the board in the same year. She joined Sycip, Gorres & Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.) after passing the board.

She also worked with several companies before establishing the firm Sobremonte & Uy Associates Consultancy Co. with her mother in 1995. The old firm paved the way to enjoin her other sisters forming the firm Torre, Sobremonte & Associates Company in 2008. She also attended and joined the 33rd Registered Financial Planner Education Program (RFP) in 2013 which has broadened her services on financial planning. She also passed and became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2014. She can speak Tagalog, English, and Fookien Chinese fluently. She is also a member of the Q.C. Dynamics Lions Club and Tzu Che Foundation and the Philippine Association of Real Estate Broker (Pareb QCRB)

Rosa Ong Uy

Rosa has been in the bookkeeping and tax practice for four decades. She graduated Cum Laude from University of the East with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Banking, Finance and Accounting. She pursued her master's degree in University of Santo Tomas.

Atty. Jennifer Uy Sobremonte, LLB, MBA, REB

Principal, Legal and Human Resources

Jenn is the Principal for Legal in Torre Sobremonte & Associates Company specializing in Labor and Corporate Practice. She is both a Commissioned Notary Public for the City of Caloocan and a licensed Real Estate Broker having passed the Real Estate Licensure Exam in 2015. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws in San Beda University in Mendiola, Manila. She finished her Masters in Business Administration-Regis Executive Program in Ateneo Graduate School of Business in Makati City as a Gold Medalist. She also holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from De La Salle University, Taft Avenue, Manila as Honorable Mention.

Jenn accumulated her legal knowledge and experience from being a Paralegal and Associate Lawyer in Campanilla Ponce Law Firm, Legal Consultant of Department of Finance One Stop Shop Inter-Agency Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center, Attorney VI of the Office of Commissioner Pablo C. Espiritu Jr. in National Labor Relations Commission and the owner of Sobremonte Law Office and Notary Public. Jenn is an active lifetime member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. She is also a member of the Q.C. Dynamics Lions Club and Tzu Che Foundation.
