BIR issued RMC 43-2022
All New Business Registrants, Online Sellers and merchants, ALL registered Business taxpayers are required to have the Notice to Issue Receipts/Invoice (NIRI)
Existing taxpayers with old Ask for BIR receipts can request for replacement of NIRI based on scheduled timeline. Ask for Receipt is now valid until June 30, 2023 only
