Take note:
For Non-EFPS Filer
Use AITR Ebirforms (Version 7.9) submit online and pay either online OR manually in BIR or accredited bank
For EFPS Filers
Use AITR Ebirforms (Version 7.9) submit online then go to EFPS to pay using form 0605. Use the following codes: Tax Type Code: Income Tax (IT) Alphanumeric Tax Code (ATC): MC 200 Miscellaneous Tax
