RA No. 11976 "Ease of Paying Taxes Act"

BIR issued advisory to all taxpayers that effective JANUARY 22, 2024 BIR will cease collecting Annual Registration Fee (ARF) from business taxpayers as compliance with RA No. 11976 "Ease of Paying Taxes Act".

As a result, all business taxpayers are EXEMPT from filing BIR form 0605 ARF Php 500 on or before January 31 every year.

Business taxpayers may choose to update/replace their COR at their convenience with their respective RDO on or before December 31, 2024 by surrendering their old COR.
