SUBMISSION OF REPORTS THROUGH THE ELECTRONIC FILING AND SUBMISSION TOOL
Effective April 1, 2022, all corporations (stock and non-stock) shall be required to submit their annual reportorial requirements through the Electronic Filing and Submission Tool (eFAST), previously called the Online Submission Tool. Reports that are not yet available in the eFAST shall be submitted to ictdsubmission@sec.gov.ph.
