The BIR has suspended the mandatory display of the BIR Registration Seal Badge until further notice under Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 113-2026, dated October 26, 2026.

The suspension covers the display requirement under RMC Nos. 38-2026, 64-2026, and 99-2026.

Taxpayers who already obtained their Seal Badges may continue displaying them voluntarily. No penalties will be imposed solely for non-display during the suspension period.
