How to Register the Company with Pag-ibig

  1. Submit Photocopy of the following:
    a. SSS Certificate of Registration
    b. SSS- R-1
    c. SSS R-1A ( Initial list of employees)

  2. Submit Photocopy of DTI Certificate /Business Name ( For Single Proprietorship) or SEC Certificate of Registration ( For Corporation/ Partnership ). Original Copies may be presented for authentication.

  3. Submit Photocopy of Business or Mayor's Permit

  4. Obtain Registered Tracking Number of all your employees, which you can obtain through the Online Registration System.

  5. Submit the following Pag-ibig Forms:
    a. Employers Data Form ( EDF) and
    b. Members Data Form (MDF) - with Birth Certificate, Marriage Contract , and also the Birth Certificates of the beneficiaries
    c.
    Specimen Signature Form.

  6. Accomplish Affidavit of Undertaking for Corporation and Partnership

HOW TO AVAIL PAG-IBIG LOANS

  1. Fill-up Application for loan

  2. Borrower-Member should be an active member and has made at least 24 monthly contributions.

HOW TO AVAIL PAG-IBIG HOUSING LOANS

  1. Applicant should attend Seminar on Pag-ibig Housing Loan in the Home Development Mutual Fund Office.

  2. Submit completed application form with the required documents as mandated by the Home Development Mutual Fund Office. i.e. Certificate of Employment and Income Earned, BIR form 2316 or Income Tax Return.

PAG-IBIG MONTHLY CONTRIBUTION
